BOARD CHAIR & MONT ST. JOSEPH REPRESENTATIVE
Aliison is the Chief Operating Officer/Director of Care at Mont St. Joseph Home, where long-term care and a vibrant Early Learning program come together to create an Intergenerational community. With a strong background in healthcare leadership, Allison is dedicated to supporting person-centered care, strengthening family partnerships, and guiding Blooms organizational vision for compassionate, innovative services.

Brittany Ward
VICE CHAIR & MONT ST. JOSEPH REPRESENTATIVE
Brittany is a proud mom of three busy, beautiful boys and has been on the Blooms board for the last four years. Currently, she is an Inclusive Education Coach at a public school in Prince Albert. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and feels strongly about the importance of high-quality learning experiences for young learners.

Jessica Holman
SECRETARY & ARTHUR PECHEY REPRESENTATIVE
Jessica has been a Blooms board member for the last 4 years. As a fellow parent, she knows how important it is to feel confident and connected to the place where our children spend so much of their time. Being on the Board gives her a chance to be actively involved and have a voice for fellow Blooms families in the place that plays such a huge role in early development and inclusion.

Sarah Harnett
TREASURER & MONT ST. JOSEPH REPRESENTATIVE
Sarah is a proud parent of two daughters who have attended the Carlton and MSJ locations over the past four years. She's an accountant at a local community clinic and enjoys being involved in efforts that support families and children. She's excited to serve on the Board and help make a positive impact on Blooms Early learning.

Taylor Ganchur
DIRECTOR & MONT ST. JOSEPH REPRESENTATIVE
Taylor first joined the Blooms board in 2022 when her daughter, Jessie, started at the Carlton infant location. She is a registered nurse and recently welcomed her son, Bowen, to her family of four. She loves being involved with the Blooms because it gives her the chance to help create a safe, fun, and nurturing place where kids can learn and grow.
